About the speaker:
Adam founded XEMPLAR Skilled Workforce Solutions in 2013 and has acted as its President and CEO since inception. Adam is an expert in strategy, human resource trends, and the design and implementation of unique business strategies. Prior to XEMPLAR, Adam was co-founder of Pacific Generation Partners, an investment partnership focused on the development of succession strategies for medium-sized family businesses. Adam has also worked in investment management, venture capital and investment banking. Adam earned his bachelor’s degree at Dartmouth College and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Adam lives in Park City, UT with his wife and two daughters.
