Join us and Utah’s Own on April 10th from 9:00 am- 10:30 am to learn what you need to know before, during, and after a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) 3rd party audit. Our in-house food safety expert will give you an overview of the entire process, from what you need to start planning for a GMP audit, what programs and in-house certifications you will need, the timeline, and what to expect.
There will be a 30 minute presentation, then Q&A the rest of the time.
