Join us for this webinar by our own director Theresa Drulard on transforming workplace culture. Theresa has 27+ years in manufacturing and 17 years in operations management and she will share her experience leading operational excellence initiatives across a variety of industries and company sizes and how to recognize potential hurdles to success. She will provide examples of how to assess your organizations readiness for operational excellence efforts and provide resources and tools to address gaps to increase the probability of success.
About the speaker:
Theresa has 27+ years’ experience in manufacturing, 17 years specifically in operations management. Her expertise is in operational excellence and lean implementation in both manufacturing and administrative areas, as well as Quality Systems (ISO9001/ISO13485/GMP). She previously worked for Total Joint Orthopedics and Varian Medical Systems as director of regulatory and quality. She is currently the Center Director for the University of Utah Manufacturing Extension Partnership Center.
